Close to the famous Bondi Beach, Rose Bay beach, Watson bay, excellent coffee shops, wide arrange of exceptional restaurants, bakeries,grocers, Supermarket and pharmacy.
10 minute by ferry to the city and Manly .

There is also a bus stop moments away, so exploring surrounding areas is very easy.
The house can accommodate families with kids, large groups of friends and business travelers.

Short ferry ride from Rose Bay Wharf to the CBD/City and Manly.

Including 3 free (two in the driveway and one across the driveway), parking spaces that can fit larger cars or vans.
There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
There is public transport which is a two minute walk.

The house is fully furnished.
The spacious living room has 4 sofa beds and a single bed and can accommodate 5 guests and more .

The two queen size bedrooms have a comfortable queen bed for 2 guests in each room (4 people in total)

The king-size bedroom has a king-size bed and a foldout double size sofa bed that can be set up as a double bed and can accommodate 4 guests.

The game room has a foldout sofa bed and a single bed to accommodate 2 guests.

2 bathrooms and bath tap and 2 toilets rooms .

There are also lots of books and games to enjoy during your stay.
There is an activities cabinet which has lots of fun activities including backyard tennis, athletic set, skipping rope, mini golf, flying discs, balance blocks, beach bag toss game, wooden puzzle, archery bow, karaoke sound system,Piano and more .

To boost your stay in the front yard, there is a 3 meter trampoline ,basketball ring ,ping pong table, surfboards, skateboards, scooter, roller surfer, inflatable boat, yoga and Pilates mats , kids bicycle ,kids tepee tent, balls games and beautiful aquarium with fish to enjoy.

We provide clean linen, beds sheets, blankets, pillows ,towels, and all the amenities you will need .

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. You will need to cook any dish you wish.
We provide tea,herb tea ,coffee, Nescafe,spices , and oil.
Pots and pans, plates, cups mugs, wine caps , cutlery, coffee machine,microwave+airfrier,blender, rice maker,smoker
we also got freshly grown herbs like oregano, mint ,chilli, rosemary, and more.

We provide portable heaters , fans, and air conditioning in each room to keep air flow.
We provide hand sanitiser, disinfectant, and wipes along with all cleaning material and products .

There is a 65-inch Sony Smart TV inc JBL sound system with HDMI cord accompanied by fast unlimited Wi Fi 5G Telstra and Telstra boosters to ensure you are always connected.
there is also a monitor screen with an HDMI cord in the game room.

There is an outdoor sitting area with a private courtyard, spacious garden and deck, a BBQ area ,wooden fire,wooden smoker bbq, and outdoor shower .

If you need, we can provide baby cot, pram, baby chair, board games, books, toys, art, and craft activities.

Dogs are Welcome:
We have never had a dog that smoked in bed, stole stuff from the house or got too drunk, and smashed the furniture or started fights, so please be inspired by the good doggies.

We can offer to our guests private yoga classes,special events ,art and craft workshops, swimming and surfing lessons, unique camping, and surfing trips.

There is a private storage facility next door with a lock gate and fence .
There, we have our storage with extra amenities, spare furniture, beds, garden tools, building materials, and laundry facilities.
This area is only for the caretaker and cleaners to access and is not available for guests. (There are signs indicating that).

please note :
The house has strict no party policy & we do not accept Bachelor/ Bucks or Bachellorette/Hens parties at all without prior approval.
The space is perfect for families or groups staying in Sydney for events, but it’s not the space to hold events like Bucks weekend or big parties due to the proximity of the neighbours.
The agreement that we have with our neighbors is that they can expect peace and quiet time from 10 pm till 8 am .
